This holiday season, I find myself reflecting on the moments, milestones, and relationships that have shaped this past year. In a world that continues to shift around us, the trust you place in SEEK remains our greatest source of purpose, and for that I offer my sincere appreciation.
2025 was profoundly personal for our SEEK family. On March 6, we said goodbye to our fearless founder, and my wonderful mother, Carol Ann Schneider. For more than five decades, Carol’s vision, passion, and unwavering belief in the power of people guided this organization. Though her loss is deeply felt, her legacy is firmly woven into everything we do. Every act of service, every employer we support, and every future we help build continues to honor her life’s work.
The employment landscape remains dynamic, presenting new challenges and new opportunities daily. In 2025, we focused on what we could control: strengthening relationships, deepening our understanding of local workforce dynamics, and delivering dependable, reliable service, even when the environment around us was unpredictable.
Innovation and adaptation played a significant role this year. As technologies like AI reshape how businesses operate, we have embraced these tools thoughtfully and with intention. Our goal is always to enhance the experience for both clients and employees, without sacrificing SEEK’s guiding principles. Technology will improve our efficiency, but people and relationships will always be at the heart of SEEK.
As I look back on 2025, I am filled with immense gratitude. To our clients, thank you for allowing us to support your goals and share in your success. To the employees who trust us to connect them with meaningful work, we admire your resilience and cherish your dedication. To our internal team, your compassion and commitment reflect the very values on which SEEK was built. I am deeply thankful for the work you do and the spirit you bring to every challenge and every success. And to the communities we serve, thank you for giving us the opportunity to contribute to local growth and make a positive impact where it matters most.
Looking ahead to 2026, I feel optimistic and energized. The road forward will bring new challenges but also new possibilities. With the strength of our partnerships, the dedication of our team, and the legacy of a founder who believed wholeheartedly in the potential of people, I am confident the future holds tremendous promise.
