As a SEEK candidate, we will review your resume, help you with your employment application, interview you and ask you questions about what type of work you like, the kind of company you want to work for and work with you to match you with the best potential client employers we are working with. Once we match you to a client, we will walk you through all the steps in the process, help you prep for your client interview (if necessary) and follow-up afterwards to make sure you are satisfied.
Will SEEK charge me for their services?
NO! This is a common misconception that staffing companies take money from their workers' paychecks. The client companies who hire SEEK to help them find talent pay all of the fees associated with our services so you don't have to!
Does SEEK offer it's employees benefits?
YES! SEEK offers many benefits to its workers. Some benefits start as soon as 30 days after hire working with SEEK.

Is it true that SEEK only offers temp jobs?
NO! This is another misconception. SEEK does have temporary jobs to place candidates into, but we also offer so much more. This includes contract/assignment work and direct-hire work. Direct-hire positions are those where we simply present you to our clients for hire directly with that company and you are not a SEEK employee. In addition, through our sister company, SEEK Professionals, we also do placements with professional search assistance for candidates in the fields of Engineering, Technical, IT, Senior Manufacturing, Human Resources, Marketing, Finance and more!
