Champion for Advancing the Staffing Industry
Grafton, WI, September 14, 2023 – Sara Luchsinger, CSP, Vice President of Organizational Development at SEEK Careers/Staffing, has been bestowed with the esteemed title of the 2023 American Staffing Association Volunteer of the Year. This remarkable recognition celebrates Luchsinger’s exceptional commitment to advancing the staffing industry and her selfless contributions to her colleagues and the community.
A graduate of Port Washington High School, Luchsinger embarked on her journey within the staffing industry in 1993 when she joined SEEK Careers/Staffing as their North Region Team Leader. Today, as SEEK’s Vice President of Organizational Development, she spearheads talent development through technology deployment and cultural development.
Over the past 27 years, Luchsinger’s positive impact on the staffing industry has been profound. She has actively participated in and chaired several ASA volunteer groups, including the Women in Leadership Group Council, Education and Certification Committee, and the Social Responsibility Committee.
In addition, Luchsinger dedicates her time to the ASA Mentor Match Program and serves on both the Industrial Section Council and the Staffing Technology Taskforce.
Luchsinger’s dedication to enhancing the industry extends beyond ASA, as she also serves as a board member of the Wisconsin Association of Staffing Services (WASS).
While Luchsinger continues to elevate the industry as a whole, her greatest passion lies in mentoring women, guiding them toward success in the staffing sector. During her tenure as the 2020 chair of the ASA Women in Leadership Council, Sara led her fellow council volunteers through a transformative year. Under her guidance, the council established impactful initiatives like ASA THRIVE and the ASA Women in Leadership Scholarship program, leaving an indelible mark on women in the staffing industry, according to ASA.

Luchsinger will receive this prestigious honor during a ceremony at Staffing World®, the ASA annual convention and expo, taking place from October 3-5 at the Charlotte Convention Center in Charlotte, NC.
