Allison Austin is the Recruiting Director or SEEK Professionals a division of SEEK Careers/Staffing which has 38 years of continued success. Allison was promoted to Team Lead of Professionals on January 2, 2009, reporting to the CEO, Carol Schneider. Previously with SEEK, she was a Sr. Professional Recruiter in which she worked on a retained basis on large recruiting projects and executive searches. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Florida in 1999 and has committed her career to staffing and HR. She comes to the table with 10 years of recruiting experience.

Her background includes agency recruiting, corporate recruiting, managing government employment programs, and account management. Allison is also an AIRS trained and Certified Internet Recruiter and is committed to finding that right match for the people she represents.

Jessica Bublitz
Associate Recruiter

Jessica brings 13 years of customer service experience to SEEK Professionals, LLC. She provides both excellent candidate development and client development management. Her continued focus on training further enhances her communication and professional style. She interfaces daily with Accounting, IT and Engineering candidates and hiring authorities.

Jessica attended Carroll College for Communications. Other professional development courses include: Leadership Development & Team Building, How to Effectively Manage Multiple Locations, How to Become a Better Communicator, Zenger Miller Excellence in Customer Service Training and Dale Carnegie Training: People Skills for First Time Managers and Supervisors.
