Job Description:
Primary point of contact for customers, logistics providers, and the organization in the coordination of orders & shipments. Requires previous logistics experience to include sourcing, price negotiations, selection and scheduling. Requires CRM applications experience. Will also maintain the plant inventories, approving carrier invoices, carrier audits, and carrier quality control reports. To be qualified for the position, you should have 3-5 years of relevant experience, excellent communication & written skills, CRM Applications, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Additional traits: a sense of urgency related to customer care, organized & reliable, a self starter, willingness to learn, have a drive for results and additional sales/business, sense of humor.
