Job Description:
Knowledge of the methods, materials, tools, and practices used in at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trade. Knowledge of the occupational hazards and safety precautions of the trades involved. Skilled in the care and use of tools and equipment used in trades involved. Able to work long hours, 12 hours per day, five days a week. Have two years of experience in building and plant maintenance work, which has involved at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical, trades.
