Job Description:
SEEK Professionals is currently seeking a Portuguese Client Services Representative for our Milwaukee, WI client.
Client Services Representative will conduct Web Ex training and onsite training. Handle basic or main areas of software telephone support. Maintain Versa Track call database (in-house tracking system). Test basic or main areas of software functions. Assist with data entry for new client database. After hours on call phone support.
Qualified candidates will possess: College Degree Preferred. Must be bilingual in Portuguese (Brazilian). Also fluent in Spanish a plus. Good communication and writing skills. Experience in broadcasting and/or computer software training.
