Job Description:
SEEK Professionals is recruiting a Process Engineer for our client in Manitowoc, WI.
The Process Engineer is responsible for driving process optimization, root cause analysis and troubleshooting through the collection and analysis of data to enhance material/labor utilization output rates, set up times, and product quality. This position will coordinate both long and short term project identification and execution in order to achieve a facilitys goals and objectives.
A bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering and minimum 3yrs related experience in the plastics related industry. Process Improvement, Lean experience a plus. MUST have extrusion experience.
