How We Do It
SEEK Will Fill Your Order Within 30 Minutes
Your order will be filled within 30 minutes or you will receive a specific call-back/fill time. If for any reason your order is unable to be filled, you will be notified promptly so that other alternatives can be sourced. SEEK takes pride in matching only qualified individuals to each specific job order and in keeping you regularly informed of our progress.
Screening
Thorough screening is the key to making successful matches. The following elements are the foundation of placement process.
INTERVIEWING: Candidates are personally interviewed in our office to ensure that they posses the training and experience required for the position. Candidates are placed by the same consultant who initially interviewed them.
I-9 FORMS: Legal I-9 information is collected.
CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT: A confidentiality agreement is signed by each applicant.
TESTING: All applicants are given tests specific to their education, experience and skills.
REFERENCE CHECKING: Each applicant will be referenced before being placed on an assignment as well as at the completion of an assignment.
CRIMINAL CHECKING: Wisconsin criminal checks will be run on all candidates. State-to-state criminal checks will be run your request. Placements will not be made when convictions are related to the duties of an assignment or when a candidate misrepresents his/her record.
DRUG SCREENING: At your request, screening will be done on a shared cost basis.
Matching
The first step is to understand your companies culture and climate. This is completed by a work-site tour and half day observation.
Second, quality matches happen with taking a complete job order.
- Facts of hours, pay and start date.
- Percent of day spent on which duties
- Education requirements
- Types of equipment to be used
- Dress code
- Personalities of department staff and company culture
Only qualified candidates are selected. Specific computer searches are done for each job order.
You Are Guaranteed Quality Assignment Employees
At your request within the first four hours, SEEK will replace any assignment employee; and the time worked will be complimentary.
Follow-up
Arrival calls are made on each new job start.
Quality assurance calls are made to clients and to assignment employees each week to ensure the continued success. Call frequency can be customized to meet your needs.
Servicing Your Success 24 Hours Per Day, 7 Days a Week
SEEK consultants are on duty from 6:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, from 6:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Friday and 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Saturdays. Our telephones are always answered by a live person, and SEEK staff can always be reached to assist you! Beyond those hours, there is an answering service. Responders are directed to call the SEEK on-call staff member whenever a client calls. A 60-minute or sooner response is guaranteed.
