I've been working with Seek, primarily Becky and Brad, for approximately 9 months. Before Seek started to recruit for us, they made certain they came to our facility to both meet who they were going to be working with and establish a personal relationship. They also took a tour of our facility to gain a better understanding of how our company operates and see first hand the environment in which they will be placing candidates. I know that I have written you a letter before about how much I appreciate your services, but I wanted to briefly reiterate how much I appreciate the services that you supply for SPI Lighting, Inc. In Spring 2001, I obtained a bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. That Fall, I came to Seek seeking full-time employment. Sherry Hintz worked closely with me to identify my strengths and where I wanted to start my career in business. On my first interview, she sent me to AccuVal Associates to apply for an administrative assistant position, and, within days, I had an offer on the table.
I have now been working for AccuVal for more than five years, and the administrative position that Sherry staffed me in turned out to be the launch pad for my unprecedented success with the firm. Since joining the company, I have invaluable exposure to all parts of the business and even work with Sherry as a client now!
