Application process

Allow time enough time for us to accurately assess your skills.
General Information: Allow three hours for office and two hours for industrial positions to complete the application process. Bring with you the following items:
Step One: Allow between forty-five minutes and one hour to complete the application. Bring with you the following items:
Step Two: You will be given various skill tests based on the type of work for which you are applying, your experience and your training. If interested in general labor or manufacturing work, allow up to ten minutes for testing. If you are applying for office or accounting positions, allow up to ninety minutes for testing.More information on the testing procedures.
Step Three: All applicants should allow twenty minutes for interviews.
After the Interview:
- References will be checked
- Criminal records will be checked
- Drug screening or additional testing may be required, depending on the assignment
Placement
Applicants who successfully complete all phases of the application process will be considered for employment. Positions will be offered to applicants based on information provided on the application, in the interview and from references. Test scores will be considered only as they relate to specific positions.
